After earning my Civil Engineering degree from NIT Patna, I began my career at a cement company and later joined Sannverse Railtech, where I took on projects that revealed the true complexities of the construction sector.One pivotal moment was managing a highly challenging project in Ranchi, which exposed me to the inefficiencies and disorganization that plague the industry. Just six months later, I was handling a ₹300 crore project in Chattisgarh, overseeing it end-to-end with less than a year of experience.While this accelerated my growth in areas like financial management, leadership, and technical execution, it also made me aware of the deeper systemic issues in construction.Over the years, as I worked across 13 projects nationwide, one truth became increasingly clear: the construction industry, despite its massive potential, remains held back by a lack of structure, technology, and efficient processes.The disorganization and inefficiency I encountered were not just isolated incidents but systemic challenges that prevented the industry from reaching its full potential.This realisation led me to the vision of transforming construction and project management through technology and AI.
