I have over 4 years of Experience working in Placement Sector. Currently I am working as Regional Placement Manager for Head Held High Foundation and look after all the Placement activities happen in East India Location (Bangal, Bihar, Jharkhand, Odisha). My job role is to Place or Provide jobs for those candidates who completes 6 months Training in our Organization. We focus on those youths who left their education somehow or because of some issues and willing to learn and want to get a job.Previously I was a Business Development Officer in TCI at Delhi. After completion of my MBA I placed there as a BDO in 2014, where I was doing B2B marketing and making Clients for the company. After one and a half Year I left that job and went back to Ranchi and Joined as a Retail Trainer in Centum Work Skills, while working as a Trainer I got the opportunity to join in placement sector which is one of the crucial part of skill programs.Skills- Job Placement, Man Power Supply, Counseling, Team Leading.Apart from this I am also a Professional Model and Photographer and Traveller and Motorcycleist.
