• Job Responsibilities: -
• Plan, manage, coordinate and implement the monthly, quarterly and year-end closing processes and procedures.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports in accordance with the imposed policies, IFRS and established procedures.
• Manage the quarterly and year-end audit and directs the Team in resolving audit queries and issues.
• Prepare the quarterly and annual FS along with the relevant notes to FS subject for review and approval of the external auditors.
• Prepare annual budget / financial projections based on inputs from the Team and from different departments.

• Accounts Payable Supervisor:-
• Completes payments and controls expenses by receiving, verifying and reconciling invoices
• Charges expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice/expense reports; recording entries.
• Responsible for managing the accuracy and timeliness of payments to our numerous vendors. Paying vendors by monitoring discount opportunities; verifying federal id numbers; scheduling and preparing checks; resolving.
• Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents.
• Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.

• Preparing the DSR, Discounts and A&G report and get approved from the G.M.
• Checking banquet checks according BEO billing instructions.
• Room cancellation report to be scrutinized and checking for the retentions to be raised and providingsupporting to acct. receivables.
• Budget implementation and making aware to the outlets manager and front office manager about theirperformance in regards to the budget for a given month.
• Verifying employee rates with proper supporting documents.
• Check control and maintaining the check series of opera and stationary serial.

• Receive and verify invoices and requisitions for goods and services
• Verify that transactions comply with financial policies and procedures
• Prepare batches of invoices for data entry
• Data enter invoices for payment
• Process backup reports after data entry
• Maintain listing of accounts payable
