 Responsibilities::Reviewing our manufacturing specifications to identify materials needed for production.:Researching, sourcing, and assessing the best vendors to supply the necessary materials.:Visiting vendor facilities and observing the manufacturing environment to review and assess their procedures.:Performing regular quality control audits to ensure vendors continue to work in compliance with company and standards.:Reviewing incoming supplies and products from vendors to check for defects and ensure quality.:Conducting tests and assessments on products to identify quality issues.:Maintaining detailed reports on supplier quality, including defect rates and areas that result in flaws.:Providing technical advice and guidance to suppliers to reduce defect rates.:Serving as a liaison between our company's senior management and the vendors to identify quality issues and come up with solutions.:Co ordinate with sales and service team to know what are the issues faced in field regarding the product performance and work to resolve them during production by process (or Part) improvement.:Visited at co-vendors for analyze & improve their process.(Die Casting, Packaging,Blade fabrication, injection molding shaft manufacturing Vendors and Machining Vendors).:To ensure the Incoming quality of mechanical and Electrical components byproper inspection. Dimensional, visual, functional and testing per specifiednorms according to quality plans, control plan, and customer specificrequirements.:Daily IQC material Summaries File (With Defect And material Status).:List of instrument files with calibration.: Party Rejection trend chart update every month. : Worst vendor list every month.:Monthly Vendor wise defect report.: Maintain & keep records of quality document.:Maintained Drawing files.:Maintained the Instruments Calibration and its records.:Done sampling as per IS. : Close monitoring on vendors process and bench marking for the same.

Responsibilities: Set detailed guidelines on what needs to be checked and what the quality standards are.  Done sampling as per IS.  To ensure the Incoming quality of mechanical and Electrical components byproper inspection. Dimensional, visual, functional and testing per specified norms according to quality plans, control plan, and customer specificrequirements.  Inspect product materials and electrical systems for defects and durability.  Identify the root of technical issues and recommend fixes.  Prepare reports on malfunctions and corrective actions.  Work with internal teams to increase customer satisfaction by improving the Incoming quality of the products.  Review current quality documentation.  Co-ordinate with all departments to make the process smother.  Monitor the entire production cycle and perform regular tests to identify potential malfunctions as early as possible.  Perform daily basis first piece approval at assembly line.  Handling the manpower at CNC department Make sure the quality at machine shop. Machining of work piece according to the specifications by checking with air gauge, surface plate, height gauge, puppy dial, verniers calipers etc. Maintain all quality procedures, working instructions and formats. Maintain the machine service records.  Maintain the tool wear reports.
