Leveraging a strategic blend of new market penetration tactics and partnership cultivation, the goal is to secure ValueMomentum's foothold and expand our digital and automation solutions in insurance.With a foundation laid for the launch of specialized entities like OwlSurance, our team has established key anchor customers across diverse markets.Key Responsibilities:1) New Market Penetration Strategy.2) New Partnership and Alliances.3) Establishing Anchor customers in Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and other Non core markets in Asia.4) Setup foundation for Brand Launch of Vertical Specialised entities- OwlSurance5) Strategic Account ManagementKey breadth of practices – Digital presence(includes Websites, Portals and Engagement journeys), Integrations ( Microservices, APIs), Automation (non core processes, documents, communications), Data (data as acentralized asset, Insurance Data Model, BI, analytics), Core Modernization (Replace/Hollow Out, run and maintain, implementations), Cloud adoption (Migration to the cloud, SLA based cloudmonitoring and Level 1 support) and QA as a lifecycle service.
