Participate in Daily production plan.Planning and organizing daily TL2 production meeting.Assembly production out ensure as per target given by PPC.Manpower planning and deployment at line.Responsible for maintaining the line documents like Daily Hourly report, production report, Startup, 5S, JH Sheet, Process Parameter Monitoring sheet & Poka-yoke verification.Responsible for daily line rejection analysis, action plan for daily top one issue, and Monthly top 5 issue as per Pareto.Maintain 5S at line.Conduct weekly TPM, Kaizen Program.Setup of the line manpower & product, modified the programs of robot.Maintain a healthy working relationship with all workers.Co-ordinate & encourage the operators for KAIZEN& TPM activity on assembly line.Collect the data of shift production FG Part Rejection.Plan monthly capacity of production with worker cost.Co-ordinate with customer & supplier for quality issues along with internal team.Entry in SAP of daily production.Arrange training for maintaining skill matrix of operator.Operator Skill upgradation as per plan.Responsible for customer & internal audits as Auditee.
