My career has always been driven by a passion for building—building simple solutions for complex day-to-day problems. I have always felt a strong pull towards verticals like construction and agriculture,  which I felt were disconnected from technology. Growing up in a world where I have closely seen construction and operations to be manual processes that require intense monitoring and operational challenges. As a kid, I closely observed the entire process of building a house when my father was building our first house back in 2000. Years later, when I embarked on the journey of building my own home, I was taken aback to find that, despite the transformative impact of technology in most industries, the construction sector still predominantly relied on manual processes. Inefficiencies and costly rework were common, though the contractor does provide a bunch of tools. Still, I preferred tracking on an Excel sheet and saw how disconnected construction and technology were!!In a quest to simplify the need, I founded Palcode.ai, where we focus on bringing intuitive and impactful technology to the construction industry. Our mission is to enable construction leaders to leverage digital tools to customize their construction management solutions and deploy a powerful AI-led workforce to perform intelligent automation, elevating the workforce potential and focusing on their core competencies without being bogged down by complex or cumbersome software.My experience spans over two decades of building large-scale, enterprise-grade products. I have a proven track record of creating simple, scalable solutions that streamline processes and enhance productivity. My entrepreneurial ventures, including co-founding CropIn, an AI-ML-enabled AgTech firm, have honed my ability to tackle the challenges of unstructured industries. Whether in agriculture or construction, my focus remains on developing user-centric solutions that address real-world problems.Key to my approach is the principle of simplicity: technology should simplify life, not complicate it.
