Constant/Regular Updation in billing software to minimize the errors.4. Revisit billing logics at regular intervals.5. Responsible for handling & resolving customer queries within TAT to avoid dissatisfaction.6. Handling customer escalations on Billing Issues.7. Visit to Corporate Clients to handle billing queries8. Standardization of billing policies related to pricing/roaming rates, tariffs.9. Standardization of pulse charging across geographies & adherence of the same.10. To ensure that periodic credit alerts are given.11. Reduction in TAT for Query Resolution.12 Adherence to certain bill dates for various networks.13.
