Roles and Responsibilitiers:• Servicing the clients based in USA for different requirements.• Playing the role of a team member of offshore recruiting process and responsible for managing full life-cycle recruiting process for all levels of management.• Full life-cycle Recruiting experience, understanding of the opening, sourcing the right candidates, technical interviews, negotiations, closing the deal and maintaining the relationship with client and consultants.• Working on IT/healthcare IT requirements.• Expertise in using sourcing tools like LinkedIn, Career Builder, Monster and ladders.• Sourced and screened the candidates and find out best suitable match for the position.• Maintained a professional and consistent relationship with client and customers.• Rate negotiation with candidates on W2, 1099, Corp to Corp.• Maintaining databases on excel for various skill sets.• Worked on requirements such as EMR Application Manager, Chief Information Security Officer, Vice president of engineering, Healthcare Interface developer, Data stage ETL developer, Tech sales Manager, Technical project manager, Epic reporting workbench, Network engineer etc.• Clients worked with Providence, Seattle’s Children hospital, Dyncast Portland, CBT Nuggets, Discover Org, TD Bank, Texas Health and resources, Cloudability.• Experience in Visas - OPT, H1B, EAD, GC & US.• Proficient in working with ATS and VMS.
