A Humanistic with numerous interest area to bring innovations in endeavours like Improved, joyful & quality teaching-learning opportunities for Early students, Efficient use of ICT in schools, sustainable and optimum utilization of existing infrastructure such as library, playground, classrooms, to bring transformation in schools. My expertise lies in Content creation for Facilitator, human-centred design for sustainable development, Facilitation and Entrepreneurial spirit.After accomplishing degree in engineering, I joined Gandhi Fellowship (2017-2019) and spent some time taking notes and observations in the rural schools of Jhunjhunu, Rajasthan. Knowing based on the hands on experience helped me articulate key problems and I tried to create a sustainable platform for supporting the teaching community in the districts. Initiatives like providing conducive classroom environment, Enrollment drive, reading campaign with library and village cleanliness drive helped me formulate more intitives and smart solutions with the expanding capacity and understanding from the field.After fellowship, I got the opportunity to work with the Uttarakhand State Education Department namely Academic Research and training(ART) and SCERT. Here we are trying to bring teaching practice inclusive of social and emotional learning needs. Life skills and 21st century skills are the fore front skills for students and hence initiated Anandam Curriculum for students of primary and upper primary schools kids in the state with the postive collaboration of the govt bodies and partner NGOs . The Initiative has been lauched by the Honurable Chief Minister of the State( Uttarakhand) Sri Trivendra Singh Rawat on 14th of November 2019 and since then Anandam Pathyacharya Curriculum has facilitated teaching learning process and the environment in the classrooms.
