• Sourcing, recruiting, and qualifying candidates for US clients through diverse channels.• Search through databases & job portals like JobDiva, Linkedin, and Monster.com to source, qualify and submit qualified profiles for contract requirements.• Ability to understand the new requirements effectively and source the best suited candidate for the requirement within a short span of time.• Fetch out open vacancies and submit relevant candidates on VMS portals. Properly format resumes as per clients' requirements for qualified candidates.• Maintain a database of interested candidates using Ms. Excel and word. Harvesting for new and fresh resumes using appropriate Keywords.• Updating interviews and offers on the VMS system and JobDiva.
