In my role as the Lead Product Designer for the Vitality 3.0 Product Suite at Vitality Group, I reported directly to the Head of Design and Chief Enterprise Architect. I guided the design execution across my allocated team. As part of my role, I have managed the onboarding and training of both junior and senior designers, creating an enriching and dynamic team environment.Part of my responsibilities had been facilitating high-level problem-solving sessions, which I have conducted with a focus on effective solution generation. This role also saw me taking responsibility for library maintenance and leading internal learning sessions with the design practice, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.As the lead designer for the Vitality 3.0 member app and internal-facing admin and client portals, I've had the opportunity to shape the user experience directly. As the Lead UX Designer for Vitality Health International (VHI) at Discovery Health, reporting directly to the CIO and Chief Enterprise Architect, I play a pivotal role in defining and implementing design strategy within the team. I lead the onboarding, training, and management of a diverse group of designers, both junior and senior.I've facilitated discovery workshops, problem-solving sessions, and user research, driving the requirements gathering and analysis process.
