At ACU i was responsible for overseeing the management of ACU Facilities services for ACU owned buildings and leased buildings in Melbourne, Project management and Regular liaison with facilities officers, security, cleaning and IT teams for various facilities related tasks.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Regular liaison with ACU stakeholders, FMs and Contractors for any building maintenance issue to ensure that all the buildings, leased areas are presentable, safe and fit for purpose and aligned with ACU’s mission and values.Identify building related issues, address them in a professional manner, log work requests on Service now. Once the jobs completed, review the service reports from the contractors to ensure the work is completed as per ACU standards and file the report in ACU facilities management folder.Engage external contractors to support the faculty of health science with the ethical and safe disposal of contaminated and bio waste as well as hazardous chemicals.Manage the BMS (Building Management System) for all the buildings. Identify the aircon issues and engage external air con technicians to repair them.Arrange FINs, Roof access permits and hot work permits for facilities and project team contractors.Continuously evaluate ACU facilities processes, policies and procedures and provide advice to FMs or to State FM for improvements and changes.Assist ACU Project team with Capital building projects.Car park space management.Supervised ACU fleet management.Assist FM’s with HAZMAT management that includes identifying presence of asbestos in ACU heritage buildings.Regularly raise the purchase orders to facilities contractors and suppliers align with strict budget lines provided by facilities Director.Maintain contractor compliance by ensuring they are on comply flow and using the safety bollards around them while performing maintenance task on site.

At AMP, I was responsible for establishing and maintaining a good working relationship and positive communication with key AMP representatives and Operational manager and Sodexo support team.Consistently liaising with Property team regarding building fabric maintenance and M& E services.Compliance with HACCP and workplace Health and Safety procedures also training staff according to these requirements.Assist clients with AV support, organising catering orders via EventPro and ordering goods from Sodexo approved suppliers.

Assist General Services Manager in all aspects of operation to ensure a profitable result which exceeds budget whilst maintaining long term and positive Client relationships.
