Leading the expansion of Rishihood University into K-12 education through the RishiEd Department, driving impactful initiatives:-Scaling and establishing the Indic Summer School as one of India's premier summer programs, recognized for its immersive and enriching experiences.-Building the "1% Tribe," an online community empowering high school students to develop their personalities, broaden perspectives, and define their life purposes.-Training educators across India in designing and facilitating learning spaces, enhancing the overall quality of education.-Designing and implementing an action-based leadership curriculum for grades 8, 9 and 11, fostering leadership skills in students nationwide.

-Planned and executed the Indic Summer School and Indic Winter School, both five-day residential programs for high school students from India and Nepal. These programs engaged over 130 students and offered more than 100 unique learning experiences, including expert sessions, hands-on workshops, and various engaging activities.-Designed India's first-of-its-kind three-month residential gap year program for students taking a gap year before entering college. The program focused on skill-building, travel, and community engagement, providing a comprehensive and transformative experience for participants.

-Developed and staged 3 history-based productions ("Trade to Territory," "Dandi March," and "Rise of Hitler"), presenting over 20 shows to an audience of 5,000+ students.-Planned, created, and managed the end-to-end delivery of 100+ short programs, reaching 10,000+ students and 150+ teachers across 150+ schools.-Led a diverse team of 10+ professionals, including FullStack Developers, Android Developers, Content Developers, Program Designers, Social Media Managers, Trainers, and Artists.-Designed a history curriculum for students in grades 6-9, integrating historical subject matter with Historical Thinking Skills.-Collaborated with the design team to create student workshops and competitions, trained mentors for classroom workshops, and conducted teacher training sessions for 150+ teachers in private sector schools.
