In IBM, I am part of a global team which is supporting most of the English speaking geographies presales teams by providing proposals and graphics support, such as UK, Astralia, New Zealand, MEA and others. My responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:Analyzing RFP/RFI/PQQ document.Supporting live bids as proposal writer and ICAP specialist.Creating template for proposal and circulating it to complete bid team involved to put their inputs.Preparing proposals by coordinating with the teams involved in the Bid Process, such as Legal, C&N, Solutioning, Production Specialists, etc.Working as the owner of the proposal document and ensuring the fitness as per the RFI/RFP/RFQ demand.Working on references with bid team.Mapping the solution and complete proposal with customer's requirement.Search and provide Intellectual Capital data to PWs and Bid Team in other geographies.Assisting bid team with proposal inserts for specific solution/service.Sanitizing (boiler plate/generalizing) the proposal documents, to generalize them for further use.Preparing executive summaries.Creating short/handy proposals, which include overview of a solution/product for a specific/all industry, which can be used as an initial response to customer queries, such as PQQ/RFQs. These proposals include executive summary, solution overview, and benefits of solution majorly.Merging and mapping of complete response in accordance to the RFP document.Providing bid support to all English speaking geographies, throughout the globe.Managing repositories for process and content updates.Training new joinees.Suggestions for process improvements.

In the organization, I am currently working as a Bid Manager and Proposal Analyst in presales team and acting as a primary POC for one of their client. LanceSoft is an ISO 9001-2000 certified global IT services and solutions company, based at VA with over 15 locations world-wide.
