This system increased booking success rates and improved overall system efficiency. Additionally, I developed a comprehensive logging and monitoring framework to track failure incidents and blockage events, enabling detailed performance analysis and facilitating proactive interventions to optimize hotel inventory management and ensure system reliability.2) To strengthen fraud prevention, I implemented a security layer that requires an OTP (One-Time Password) verification before finalizing bookings. This feature integrates seamlessly with a rule engine, allowing dynamic management of configurations and validation logic to support flexibility and scalability. Worked on multiple layers which impacts the look-to-book ratio of hotels by working across multiple application layers, leveraging Aerospike for high-performance caching and PostgreSQL for database operations.
