Graduated in mechanical engineering in 2018, and have since built a diverse and dynamic career in operations, supply chain management, and quality assurance. My journey began with Tier 1 suppliers for Maruti and other OEMs, where I managed line quality and addressed customer complaints, providing solutions that improved processes and customer satisfaction.Following that, I joined Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India as part of the engineering team tasked with setting up the second plant in Tapukara, Rajasthan. My responsibilities included supplier audits, sampling, process inspections, and collaborating with suppliers for timely delivery and replacements when necessary. My work there provided me valuable insights into supply chain logistics and quality management on a large scale.In 2011, I transitioned to Tata Motors, where I was responsible for managing the quality of sheet metal components for Tata’s luxury trucks, including the Prima Truck series. I was actively involved in auditing suppliers, ensuring process improvements, and optimizing delivery timelines. This experience further strengthened my expertise in supplier collaboration, quality assurance, and logistics.Seeking to enhance my leadership and strategic management skills, I pursued MBA from IIM Calcutta in 2014. During this transformative journey, I received a pre-placement offer from Flipkart.At Flipkart, I played a pivotal role in setting up the Large Supply Chain division. I was responsible for designing SOPs, optimizing processes, and building BIW warehouses and last-mile delivery networks. I led projects aimed at cost reduction, process improvement, and training staff on Lean Six Sigma methodologies. Some of my notable projects include designing innovative vehicles, pre-beat planning for cross-docks, and developing eco-friendly packaging solutions that significantly cut operational costs and carbon footprints.In 2018 I joined Flipkart’s Grocery Supply Chain Operations, I have spearheaded the setup and expansion of grocery supply chains across Delhi NCR. My focus has been on streamlining processes, enhancing customer satisfaction, and driving continuous improvements.Some key achievements include introducing electric vehicles for deliveries, reducing warehouse and last-mile costs by over 60%, and maintaining a high CSAT score of 95%.Throughout my career, I have delivered consistent results, optimized processes, and led cross-functional teams to success. My experience spans from grassroots operational setups to strategic supply chain management.
