HR Administration: Maintain and update HR records and databases, including employee information, attendance, and leave records.4. Employee Engagement: Collaborate with the team to organize employee engagement activities, events, and initiatives to foster a positive work culture.5. Performance Management: Assist in performance appraisal processes, feedback collection, and performance documentation.6.
