With DentsplySirona as a SQL Server DBA, I have been managing the World wide centralized ERP database system which has been rated as the most complex and best implementation of the Dynamics AX ERP.2. Working as a Microsoft Dynamics AX as well as NAVision Database Administrator responsible for 24x7 uptime with no downtime. 3. Specialized in Performance tuning, Historical Data Archival of Dynamics AX and NAVision Database system.4. Migration from SQL Server 2008 R2 standalone Server to Clustered Always On SQL Server 2012 R2 system. 5. Achieving the maximum throughput using the load balancing by dividing the work load between nodes depending on the transaction nature.6. In Dynamics AX world, it is one of the biggest and successful Implementation of Always On.7. While working with Infosys Ltd, I have worked with multiple clients which includes PWC, RICOH, Astrazeneca, Pfizer Pharmaceuticals gaining specialization in Data Base Administration & Infrastructure Management Services. I have worked on proposals for Client projects and new RFPs along with my project specific responsibilities towards mentoring team members and coordinating to ensure the accuracy of the deliverable doing technical hands-on.2. Worked on planning and execution of the data center migration program for their client Astrazeneca which does involve 200(+) Database Servers. It does include the feasibility study, Effort Estimation, Resource and Project planning and execution. The DC Migration program does involve different Migration methods involving New Builds, P2V, V2V and Lift & Shift where in New Build does have SQL Clustering on MSCS and VCS, Stand-Alone Builds having different flavor of SQL Server (2000, 2005 and 2008 R2).

Worked with Multiple Clients as SQL Server DBA including Citibank, Nissan Motors, MARS Inc, Verizon Data Services, One Communication BP...It was a great learning working there for 5+ Yrs..!!!!!

It was an amazing experience working with World largest EMS (Electronic manufacturing Services) Company in China. There was a lot to learn apart of Techincal stuff i.e. culture, peoples, food, language. It could say that probably it was my best onsite experience.
