My career has been a journey of discovery and growth, driven by a passion for making a difference, and I am always eager to collaborate with like-minded professionals.As co-founder of Chqbook, India’s first neobank for small business owners, I spearheaded groundbreaking initiatives such as India’s first fully digital current account, a full-stack financial services mobile app in 7 languages, and large-scale insurance bundling. Chqbook’s mobile app surpassed 2 million downloads, redefining financial inclusion.In corporate roles at ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund, Tata AIG, and Exide Life (now HDFC Life), I was drawn to initiatives that push the boundaries of possibility. My journey is marked by pioneering industry-first projects, such as launch of online mutual fund portfolio tracking at ICICI Prudential and rapid delivery of travel insurance policies in under 60 seconds at Tata AIG. I successfully rebranded ING Vysya Life to Exide Life, positioning it among India’s top 10 insurance brands, and introduced India’s first life insurance mobile app. At Hutch Telecom, I played a pivotal role in establishing Hutch as a leading brand in North India and launched the industry’s first telemarketing business.Finance Coach: I work as a Personal Finance Coach, passionately advocating for financial literacy; helping Gen Z and millennials develop healthy savings and investing habits for financial independence.I have had the privilege of working with exceptional teams, earning significant recognition for our achievements. At Chqbook, we received the Most Innovative Neo Bank Award at the India Fintech Awards and the Best Financial Inclusion Fintech Award at the BW Festival of Fintech Awards. ICICI Prudential MF was honored as the Most Trusted Mutual Fund by ET Brand Equity, while Tata AIG won the Celent Model Insurer Award in New York. I was recognized as the Marketing Influencer of the Year in 2019 by the Direct Marketing Association of India and received the Super Achiever Award from CMO Asia in 2009.I have actively contributed to industry forums, serving on committees such as the CII's Marketing Committee, the B20 Working Group on Financial Inclusion, and the Marketing Committees for the General and Life Insurance Councils in India, as well as the Association of Mutual Funds in India (AMFI).
