Led the design and maintenance of the payment gateway and merchant dashboard, implementing new payment methods such as UPI, PayByPoints, and EMI, as well as features like reporting, chargebacks, and payouts.Conducted extensive audits of existing products to identify and address UX issues, improving the overall user experience.Worked closely with developers and product managers to deliver user-focused, and regulatory-compliant solutions.

I was part of the UX redesign of TATA Aashiyana 2.0, a B2C e-commerce platform for home builders. I also worked with the research team to conduct user research, analyze web analytics, and perform usability tests.I also independently managed the proof of concept for the AR & 360 experience for TATA CLIQ.Hands-on involvement in over 6 client projects.

Designed an Android application for a startup "Wission". Handled the project completely (with guidance from the design lead) from its base as a design brief to final Visual Design and High Fidelity Prototype. Deliverables included but not limited to Task Flows, Information Architecture, High Fidelity Wireframes and Wireflows, Visual Design, Prototype, Style Guide, Design Spec etc. Learnt how to interact and present ideas to the stakeholders as well.
