The Commercial Real Estate Workshop is a case-based program where members create and present deals to a panel of judges. The Workshop provides members with insight and real-world experience for a career in commercial real estate upon graduation.• Faculty-selected to participate in an exclusive program focused on preparing students for careers in commercial real estate.• Trained in high-level real estate financial modeling, alternative operating models, market analysis, and real estate fundamentals.

• Elected by the fraternity to be the first Grand Treasurer of the re-founded Beta-Theta Chapter• Created a bank account, collected dues, and managed a budget of over $200,000 allowing the fraternity to hold different events• Maintained detailed records and statements of purchases to be in good standing with the National Fraternity• Analyzed possible future purchases and events in order to find the ideal number to charge each member of the fraternity leading to a sufficient budget

• Campaigned and elected by the Kelley student body to represent the Kelley School of Business in the Indiana University Student Congress• Reached out to the Kelley Student Body to implement legislation that would help students leading to necessary changes in the Kelley School of Business
