Catering to diversified welfare needs of 70,000 Employees .As a Corporate Welfare Manager, reporting to Executive Director of Human Resources established the Corporate Welfare Department with 16 Welfare Executives in U.A.E, Qatar, Angola and provided Comprehensive welfare Services to all the employees across the organization. Responsible for managing Employee participation in Management decisions, Government liaison, Partnership building, Program & Policy development and implementation, Event Management and contributing to the strategic development of HR function.

As a Manager –Industrial Social Work reported to Vice President –HR .Established the department at Corporate level as a neutral platform and supportive function of HR with 3 Industrial Social Work executives to cater the Psycho social needs of employees at all levels of the organization ensuring better delivery of Human Perspectives of the organization.

Independent private practice started by self on a part time basis and provided Consultancy services to needy persons of all age group on different psychological issues.

In this organization I was entrusted with the responsibility of managing Psycho-Social aspects of Addiction & Alcoholism in the treatment process with the coordination of Psychiatrist, Medical Officers and 12 Psychiatric Social Workers. I was also involved in Awareness Building Campaign in changing the societal attitude towards Alcoholism and Addiction.
