Current1.Develop and implement quality assurance strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure consistent product quality throughout the development lifecycle.2.Lead and manage a team of QA professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure their professional growth and performance.3.Define and establish quality metrics, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms to monitor and track product quality, identify areas for improvement, and drive accountability.4.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and operations, to align on quality objectives, requirements, and timelines.5.Participate in the product development process from inception to release, providing input and recommendations to ensure quality standards are met.6.Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to validate product functionality, usability, performance, and security.7.Specialized in areas like Web APP Functional/Performance/Security testing.Planning and coordinating all cycles of testing, including functional-level system tests business scenario-based testing, to ensure proper test coverage while mitigating redundancy where possible.8.Collaborate with customer support teams to identify and address quality issues reported by customers, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.9. Analyse functional documents , Plan and create test cases,test results and track software testing metrics, Review requirements and test cases. 10. Executing the Test Cases & Defect Tracking , Re-test fixes for defects. 11. Facilitate the efficient resolution of issues, by providing initial triage for issue disposition.12. Knowledge on core JAVA, selenium, SQL, STLC and SDLC,JIRA,AZURE Test Plan.13. Responsible for the whole software testing lifecycle (analysing the business requirements, support in preparing the test plans, creating the test cases, monitoring bugs, checking bug fixes)
