• Catering the requests and purchase orders from Zones’ customers.• Work experience on CRM, Microsoft Dynamics (ERP) and Content Manager (CM).• Working on the Order Issues mailbox.• Hands on experience in Open PO tracking / Dropship orders.• Hands on experience in warehouse orders that needs to get updated in the system.• Hands on experience in 810 Report (EDI Vendor Invoice Reject Report) • Hands on experience in 855 Report (Vendor Reject Report).• Hands on experience in PO Cancellations• Hands on experience in order redrop.• Knowledge of handling Pricing issues, post sales issues.• Contacting the vendors and suppliers for the best possible ship dates for the PO’s.• Contacting the customer representatives about any query on the PO and sharing any required information or updating the customer about the status of their order to maintain the customer satisfaction.• Knowledge of work allocation amongst team members.

• Catering the requests / orders from Agilent's internal customers (Engineers and R & D dept.) for Agilent manufactured goods that are required within Agilent factories.• The Primary Job Responsibility includes Creation of Requisitions and Processing of Internal Sales Orders against Requests received from Internal Customers of the organization. Processing includes interaction with representatives of Supplying Organizations, dealing with requestors for any clarifications/additional details & other teams whose inputs are needed to process the requests. Job includes keeping a track of the ‘In Progress’ requests till they are finally converted into a Sales Order and shipped to the destination.• Fetching data from Oracle/SAP.• Allocating customer requisitions within the team members for processing.• Booking orders in Oracle and SAP taking care of SOP’s and the business SLAs.• Communicating with requestors, factories, planners, buyers, logistics team for proper end to end delivery.• Responding to customer queries on price, discount and availability.• Responsible for coordination between various teams to ensure timely Order Booking and subsequent follow up till shipments made. • Logging Sales Order Exception cases to expedite the Delivery dates and thus ensure meeting Customer Satisfaction.• Following up on any missed shipment and improved shipment cases.
