I started my career as a trainee in Quality department in Century Metal Recycling Group and then got promoted to QA Engineer after one year and also Started working on Quality System too. I worked here for 3 years from April 2008 to Feb'2011.Then worked for Vishal Engineers manufacturer of Pins and Bushes for Earth Moving equipment s like excavator, crane, popland etc. for JCB,Catter Piller, L&T,CNH, Mahindra, Hindustan Motors etc. in India and Abroad as a Quality Engineer and system coordinator from March'2011 to March'13.Then joined Century NF casting as a Quality Engineer and System Coordinator ,manufacturing non ferrous components for Automobile companies like Honda,Maruti,Bajaj etc. and manufaturers of aluminium based alloys from aluminium scrap.Currently working in Apex Aluminium Extrusions as Sr. Engineer Foundry. Billet casting and manufacturing aluminium alloys from aluminium scrap.Specialties: Have good knowledge of Machining , Measurements , ISO/TS,5S, Kaizen,PPAP,FMEA,APQP etc.
