I have created global standards for ETL reducing the programming time This is highly recognized in the company.Represent Engineering in IT MT team, responsible for providing key data analytics from Engineering data globally.I have led teams to migrate production critical applications over continents with very little downtime.My team is responsible for all source code management for Lumileds globally.I spear contract/SLA negotiations with our application vendors reducing costs(cumulative over 1 million dollars annually) and better service for the company.Analysed data segregation strategy for Lumileds to avoid IP breaches. I'm also responsible for Technology control of documents for critical key data in Lumileds in San Jose.

My role as Business Process Design manager centers around delivering solutions that gives Lumileds manufacturing a competitive edge. This led to the company acquiring key accounts generating 40 million dollar revenue annually.I led a BI team creating reports for all sites global. These reports are used in production activities leading to reducing scrap, increasing yield and Reduce cost of non quality(CONQ).I led multi-disciplinary teams to improve manufacturing processes via means of intelligent IT solutions. Some of my responsibilities include technical architecture design, Software and database solutions, early adopter of technologies and project management.
