He spent over 15 years in leadership roles with two reputed firms – one a top end domestic firm and another a multinational firm. Since April 2015, Mohit has been the Managing Partner of Heads Global, a top end boutique Executive Search and Leadership Advisory Services firm. His consulting focusses on Asset Reconstruction, Automobiles, Renewable Energy as well as Consumer & Retail. He has partnered start up organisations as well as established companies in bringing on board top class talent. Mohit has not only worked for roles in India but also has worked on cross border Search mandates with colleagues across geographies. Several of his clients were once small companies and the leadership talent infused by Mohit have helped them grow into prominent names today. He believes that cultural fit is as important a criterion in a successful hire as assessment of competencies.
