I am a self-motivated and enthusiastic Data Engineer. I graduated with Masters of Science in Software Engineering from San Jose State University. Currently, I am working as a Senior Software Engineer at Walmart. My area of interest includes Data Engineering and Distributed Software Engineering.Developed many different projects in Spark, Java and full stack web applications implementing various Software Engineering methods like agile, scrum, XP values, design patterns and MVC architecture. I also have intermediate level of knowledge in Python and big data analytics.As a part of my professional experience, I have interned at Xilinx, San Jose. At Xilinx, I developed and designed automated system which analyzes data and provides summarized results to end users using Zend Framework of LAMP stack. At Juniper Networks, I developed 3D UI for installation, orchestration and big-data analysis of network virtualization product using three.js. Developed micro-services in Spring boot to exchange data between couchDB using NATS and SockJS to update the view in real time. At N3N, I developed Technical Assistance Request framework using Java Spring MVC and bootstrap which can be plugged into different products and can be used by clients to report issues and bugs in the system. Worked as Data Engineer at iPass Inc. to implement big data knowledge by working on batch processing on terabytes of data deriving various insights from the iPass's data using Scala and Spark.Currently working at Walmart where I contribute by implementing, enhancing and maintaining features for site facing service which aggregates millions of data daily.
