From the start of my career, I’ve been driven by a passion for understanding complex data and uncovering insights that create real impact. With nearly five years of experience in analysis—three of those specifically in healthcare—I bring a robust skill set in data interpretation and business intelligence. My journey began in college, where I majored in Data Science and Analytics and found myself eagerly writing SQL queries and building dynamic reports to explore the power of data.My first role was as a Data Analyst at BJC Healthcare, where I worked alongside a team of data professionals equally dedicated to leveraging data for better healthcare outcomes. In this role, I automated numerous reports through BI tools, cutting weekly manual work by 10 hours and significantly improving team efficiency. This experience taught me not only to manipulate data but also to transform numbers into actionable insights that drive decision-making.Currently, I work as a Business Intelligence Analyst at MU Healthcare, where I tackle a range of projects from clinical metrics to financial performance analysis. I focus on critical healthcare analytics, such as predicting readmission rates and identifying patient no-show trends, applying data-driven solutions to enhance patient outcomes and operational efficiency. My expertise lies in identifying business challenges and translating them into technical and functional requirements to deliver effective analytical solutions.Outside of work, I enjoy playing soccer and doing projects on StrataScratch. I grew up watching soccer, so I enjoy playing it, too, whereas StraScratch allows me to learn new techniques and feed my passion for data.
