Wolffkraft® is an Experience Strategy & Product Design studio based in Pune, serving customers in India & USA in domains like healthcare, travel, fin-tech, complex enterprise products, and products in emerging technologies. We help organizations and businesses identify opportunities for action, redefine how problems are approached and help deliver complete, resilient solutions. We design meaningful user experiences for all digital platforms. We partner with our clients to improve the product experience “inside out” by taking them along right from user research to the last pixel designed across channels. Our intervention brings out key actionable insights, improves the usability of the products, increases user engagement and most importantly significantly simplifies the product use for the end-users.

1. Project Strategy Understanding project requirements with the Client and Senior Management and participating in creating the project scope. Collaborating with the Technical directors to create a potent strategy depending on the present state of the product.2. Information Design (IA)Exploring and understanding different pieces of information in the product ecosystem and creating a new or optimising an existing information architecture of a product.3. Mentoring & Collaborating with the teamDesigning the core framework of the product and core wireframes of the product and then mentoring the Interaction designers to execute the product. This also includes regular design reviews and brainstorming sessions for enhancing the macro to micro experience of the product. 4. Participating and driving the execution(design and development) and testing of the productWorking closely with the development team and regularly reviewing the developed product. Collaborating with the Visual design and development team on testing and reviewing the product as development is in progress to expedite the design-development cycle. 5. Client managementManaging clients by having regular meetings/calls to bridge the gap between client expectations and the design. In some cases educating the client along the product design, if the client is new to the experience design process.
