◾ I am working in the highest skyscraper building in Bangladesh, Named Shanta pinnacle -a forty storied commercial building which creates a new Era in Real estate sector of Bangladesh.◾ Quality of work is my main focus. We assured Quality in reference of code of conduct & Requirements of SHL as per policy & standard.Specially I look after the structural work, work policy & procedure for Execution the work in field.◾ Supervised structural work, form work, composite column and beam, conventional concreting, self-compacting concreting, materials testing and others quality activities. ◾ To review initial drawings, planning, Feasibility of works, scopes of work, works procedures, materials specification, materials test report and other project details. ◾ Prepare the bar bending schedule (BBS) & others Estimation.◾ Prepare QA manual, construction manual, work procedure and all kind of checklists.◾ Proposed to RFI, NCR status as and when required and find out solutions about any doubt of drawing, design and others documentation work. ◾ Responsible for Quality Control of the project ensuring compliance with specification codes review and check material submittal logs and status to verify compliance in accordance with requirements on installation and testing procedure stated on contract specification. ◾ After all We are the Robust team for quality assurance for the project.
