Responsible for the following:1. Communicate regularly with the Operations, Construction, and Maintenance departments and other relevant departments to maintain the continuity of the construction work and resolve the change request and other identified issues.2. Proactively supervise and be accountable for ongoing projects, ensure the quality of work, and complete work on schedule within budget.3. Write project progress records in liaison with the construction supervisor, check the store, and stock, and ensure the quality of the received materials.4. Schedule all required construction meetings with required personnel, subcontractors, architects, and owners to finalize the requirements.5. Verify the document and quality of each subcontractor and supplier their work and the materials they use.6. Inform management of productivity, costs, quality control, and document management and Notify management of any issues that arise that affect quality and work progress with required solutions.7. Being on-site to oversee the construction process and update relevant stakeholders.8. Collecting feedback and sharing it with management operations and making corrections through the construction department.9. Ensuring the safety & security of the project premises,10. Organize a meeting with the project staff to determine the blockages, remove them, consult with and inform the authorities, and continue the smooth progress of the work.11. Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment, and exploitation to achieve the program’s goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance, and expertise in safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment12. Practice, promote, and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.13. Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure, etc.
