Treasury and Accounts Receivables (A/R) functions:• Manage company’s cash flows and liquidity, evaluate financing options, cost of fund, investment opportunities.• Maintain robust relationship with banks, NBFIs and regulatory authorities, manage Employees PF (EI) fund.• Guide and lead a dynamic 12-member Treasury and A/R team responsible for a substantial portfolio of BDT 4,500+ crore.• Ensure the attainment of Treasury and A/R KPIs, strategically plan and execute treasury and A/R strategies, recommend process improvement, risk management, compliance and establish benchmarks to facilitate the seamless and sustainable operation of the treasury and A/R functions.Management Accounting and Budgeting functions:• Spearhead and oversee a dynamic 6-member Management Accounting and Budgeting team (Finance Business Partnering) responsible for BDT 4,500+ crore portfolio having 2,000+ SKUs and 600+ brands.• Review and present insightful reports on product costing, pricing strategies, profitability analysis, budgeting & budgetary control, efficient working capital and investment strategies to facilitate informed decision making.• Play a pivotal role in enhancing the company's business analytics capabilities, providing valuable financial foresight, and actively contributing to the successful implementation of SAP S/4 HANA.
