Joined EY’s Business & Technical Consulting divisions to work with clients on their agile transformation strategy development and Leadership, change management, cultural transformation, agile coaching and implementation of agile methodologies.I’ve worked on 3 main engagements: • RTE & Agile Coach for Large-scale Data Program – Government entity, NZ o Defined and implemented the release management framework across the Data Squad.o Managed and implemented the branching strategy on Azure DevOps from Feature to Release to Master Branches (Gitflow Workflow). o Facilitated Data ART events and processes such as PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums and PO Sync, system demos and Inspect and Adapt workshop. o Led the Data ART deliverables which includes Data Platform, Data Migration, Data Visualisation, Data Science, Data Quality and Data Governance. • Agile Coach at a leading global minerals and mining group - Agile Transformation Program:o Coached teams in the enablement and execution phases of the IS&T’s AgileTransformation Program. o Empowered and standed up two Scrum teams from team formulation to Sprint execution through Team Training, Kick-off, Backlog story workshop, Sprint Planning Prep and Sprint Planning Ceremony. o Coached the Scrum Masters and Product Owners on running the Sprint Ceremonies, Preparing the Sprint Artefacts and documents, managing Team Backlog, Facilitating different Sprint events such as Sprint Planning, Stand-up, Review and Retro. • Business Process Architect at global beverage company - Op Model Transformation:o Defined client’s Business Architecture and Blueprint. Mapping of L1 and L2 processes based on levels of business functions and frequency of information flow. o Implementation of heatmaps for different levers (Outsourcing, Stop & Cap, Simplify, Automation,…etc) on savings of FTE.

Coaching the development team on the agile ways of working and managing the delivery of the product backlog. Defined the agile enablers and designed/implemented the agile transformation plan, which included: • Execution of the Acceptance Criteria, WSJF Prioritization model, Burn Down and agile metrics.• Defining and prioritisation of the Product Backlog, User Stories definition with story point estimation, arranging and conducting different Agile Ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Capacity Planning, Sprint Review and Retro.• Led the QA and release activities, ensuring that the go-live version has undertaken rigorous testing and end-to-end functional delivery is assured.• Established and manged the change management process (ITIL) from the change request stage throught out the approval,exectution and communication of the change.

Started as a delivery lead following the waterfall methodology and within the first year I transitioned to adapting and implementing agile ways of working within RTA.As an Agile Transformation Leader my main achievements were: • Led the SAFe Agile Transformation Roadmap to achieve Business Agility, by working with the LACE (Lean Agile Centre of Excellence) launching different Agile release trains (ART) for different value streams and portfolios.• Implementation of Executive Level Dashboards – CEO Dashboard to support the process of decision- making using MicroStrategy and Microsoft PDW. • Delivered various Big Data Use Cases to solve main issues such as Public Transport fare evasion, GTFS- RT integration with Google providing accurate time arrival of Buses, Predictive maintenance, Bus Telematics and IoT Utilization in real-time monitoring, KPI Prediction…etc.

• Analysed the As-Is and suggesting innovative Improvement Concepts which is discussed with the SME’s and used in designing the To-Be Processes. • Documented BRS “Business Requirement Specification” & BAR “Business Automation Specification”.• Business Process Improvement and Business Process Design, improving the current services and processes by using Time Vs Cost Analysis and Ishikawa diagram to identify problem’s root causes.

• Analysis and requirement gathering, including Technical and Business documentations.• Developed feasibility studies and Business cases for new projects, which include different analysis such as SWOT analysis, Cost/Benefit analysis, Risk analysis and Technical Analysis.• Implementing the As-Is & To-Be Processes for all the services of UAQ Government

• Aligned IT services with the business requirements using ITIL 2011 service management framework for developing and mentoring services through out the service lifecycle “Strategy, Design, Transition, Operation and CSI- Continuous Service Improvement”. • Led the deployment functional solutions, such as creating, adopting and implementing system test plans, which ensure acceptable quality and integrity of the system.• Utilised data and process modeling techniques “UML Diagrams” to create clear system specifications for the design and development of system software. • Acted as a central reference and information source, providing guidance and assistance in the system project decision making process.• Identified technology limitations and deficiencies in existing systems and associated processes, procedures, and methods.

• Worked closely on Oracle Portal and Oracle Application server 10g,Oracle Web logic Server 11G , responsible for the implementation of the Portal for DTPS “Directorate of town planning and survey in Sharjah” which includes working on:• Creating Page groups, Portal templates, and HTML templates with “HTML –JavaScript –PL-SQL dynamic pages, job-applying system for DTPS, fees calculation and application tracing.• Adding different types of portlets and implementing them to fit user needs. For example, HTML portlets using PL-SQL”- custom search portlets – user defined portlets ….etc.• Development using J2EE and ADF “Oracle Application Development Framework”.• Generating and customizing Task Forms from the BPEL human tasks as well as building resource bundle.• Creating beans and using them in binding task form fields with bean fields IE:”backing beans”. lists, drop down fields and LOV in Oracle ADF to refer to a created Data Collection or data source
