Quantities breakdown. • Calculation and estimation of quantities as per drawings.• Estimation of quantity take off and material take off.• Preparation of Comparisons, then Variations between Tender & IFC Drawings. • Preparation of rate analysis for variation orders. .• Prepared variation instruction justification (VIJs) reports for the Client approval.• Checking subcontractor invoices for payments approvals.• Checking subcontractor contracts quantities.• Checking of site inspection reports JMs for various works as per approved construction drawings and site verification works executed by the contractor.• Preparing monthly bills and taking approval from consultants.• Prepare monthly labor productivity report and cost value report.• Checking the complete & final specifications of the material prior to final submission to the client/consultant for approval. Coordinating with the client/consultant for the technical compliance of material for obtaining approval of the material.• Material requisition review and budgeting. (Comparison Sheet)• Assisting in Monitoring and review procurement - including placing subcontract orders and ensure they arrive on time and within budget.• Familiar with POMI, FIDIC.
