I also leverage my skills in operations and process improvement to streamline workflows, optimize efficiency, and ensure alignment across the organization. Additionally, I contribute to the social impact initiatives of Monroe Capital, such as HOPE Chicago and The Chicago Scholarship Fund, a 501(c)3 scholarship fund where I served as President.
