Current* Managing big projects by new or existing clients that are too much to handle by accountexecutives and managers.* Handling new clients until they become regular clients and hand them over to accountexecutives and managers while monitoring them to maintain the relationship.* Coordinate between client service department, creative designers, print house management &finance department to ensure all clients have a smooth experience with the company frombriefing stage to product delivery and payment.* Monitor print house production and regularly check the outcome quality by getting regularsamples of all work everyday as well as regular visits to make sure all workers are working up tothe highest quality standards.Main Achievements:* Reduced amount of product returns due to quality issues.* Planned and implemented all phases of all signs in 3 major hotels (entrance, restaurants andinternal directional signs) from A-Z (design, manufacturing and installation).* Worked on several hotel opening projects with marketing departments including in-roomcollaterals, f&b restaurant branding and menus as well as various marketing collaterals fromdesign to production phases.* Handled and designed several branding projects for different businesses in the F&B andtechnology sectors.
