Key Responsibilities:-1- Communication with subcontractors and vendors to deliver technical support throughout project execution.2- Liaising with local councils, utilities, and service providers to ensure that all works are carried out effectively without interruptions to avoid reworks and non-compliance with environmental and safety measures.3- Develop drawings or sketches illustrating the steps or methods required to complete a task and ensure project & site engineers understand this requirement and actively participate in this task.4- Manage on-site engineering functions and activities through the project team which include Project Engineers, Planning Engineers.5- Demonstrate commercial management skills and commercial acumen and prepare monthly accruals and forecasts and assess monthly progress claims.6- Ensure all the daily quality controls are in place while conducting any inspections with the internal or external stakeholders.7- Develop and maintain an awareness of SHE hazards and associated risks and demonstrate a commitment to eliminate or minimize those risks.8- Develop SWMS, ITPs, Inspection Checklists, and work packs and ensure reviewing and updating them periodically.9- Utilization of the project’s contractual process to produce all the required documents that help in achieving the project objectives.10- Maintain quality, environmental and safety systems across the project to promote health and safety standards.11- Overseeing the short and long-term construction planning for controlled works, including submittals, start-up planning, and scheduling.12- Collaborate on a wide range of packages and identify, assess of project’s risks and implement the planned response to mitigate the impact of those risks.13- Tracking and evaluating key performance indicators (KPIs) and productivity metrics in alignment with project schedules and budgetary constraints.14- Compiling monthly accruals, creating forecasts, and evaluating progress claims monthly.

Key Responsibilities:-1- Support and follow relevant HSEQ procedures, programs and initiatives as well as support and contribute to HSEQ performance within area of responsibility and ensure a safe working environment in compliance with the project management plans.2- Managing the short and long-term construction planning for works under control, including submittals, start-up planning and programming.3- Coordinate construction elements for the designated work area & procurement for the designated work area with all stakeholder such as owner representative, owner consultant laboratory and project's consultant during the project period, as well as providing technical support for internal and external stakeholders.4- Actively liaising with subcontractors and suppliers and monitor procurement of the project’s material as per SoW.5- Identify, analyze, resolve disputed items and ensuring the requirements of the contract are being satisfied.6- Create detailed drawings or sketches visually depicting the necessary steps or methods for completing a task. 7- Ensure supervisors and site engineers comprehend these requirements and actively engage in the task.8- Maintain company standards for Quality control and Quality assurance purposes. 9- Leveraging the project’s contractual procedures to generate all necessary documents that contribute to achieving project deliverables.10- Identified issues, analyzed information, and provided solutions to problems.11- Develop, manage and finalise RFIs with the engineering team.

Key Responsibilities:-1- Review and plan engineering activities to ensure all technical and commercial requirements are incorporated and delivered in a timely and cost-effective manner.2- Coordinate with all stakeholders such as owner representative, other contracts, owner consultant laboratory and project's consultant during the project period, as well as providing technical support for internal and external stakeholders.3- Maintain the closure of any raised NCRs due to non-conformance works by following the correct procedures and communicating technically with the concerned stakeholders. 4- Prepare and review daily, weekly and monthly reports for materials quality and tests.5- Developing, maintaining, and tracking detailed construction schedules.6- Managing and monitoring the completion of the project to ensure program, budget, quality, environmental and contractual obligations are achieved safely, taking prompt corrective action where required.7- Maintain project files and all civil tracking registers, delegating tasks to Junior and Graduate Engineers as required.8- Conduct implementation of project plans and provide reporting and escalations to senior management.

1- Coordinated and facilitated onsite consultant, regulatory and client representative inspections.2- Supervising the execution of all civil activities such as buildings skeleton, fences, boundary walls and finishing works in the project according to drawings, specifications, and time schedule.3- Estimated the required manpower, equipment and materials for construction activities and assigning the necessary resources.4- Reviewed construction work against technical designs and drawings to assess compliance.5- Actively listened to customer’s requests, confirming full understanding before addressing concerns.
