During these 22 years of experience in the School of Agriculture, Shiraz University, as the Dean of School, Vice dean of financial and administrative affairs of the School, Senior Farm Manager, and Associate Professor, I've found that every step towards improvement and success, must pass through the path of the education, knowledge, and experience. Everyone who cares about practical experiences besides knowledge, trains his mind beyond borders, and overcomes obstacles could be a potentially successful person. I've tried to be one of them and, usually imagine myself as a hardworking student!
