Extrusion lines ( Lines for PP / PS sheet - Lines for PET sheet ) .PS : SML Extrusion lines PET and PP: RRP and SML Extrusion LinesJob Duties• Responsible for designing, implementing and improving production processes and systems and ensuring that manufacturing processes are effective and meet quality standards.• Collaborate with various departments, such as quality control and planning, to improve production workflow and resolve technical issues.• Design and improve production processes.• Develop and implement production processes and manufacturing procedures.• Identify opportunities for production process improvements and efficiency gains.• Design and improve workflow to reduce waste and enhance productivity.• Monitor production processes to ensure they meet operational standards.• Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during the production cycle.

Heavy Equipment maintenance engineer• Preparing designs and plans for heavy machinery engineering projects and heavy machinery construction operations and following up on their implementation.• Inspecting mechanical elements and systems in heavy machinery and auxiliary devices and ensuring the accuracy and safety of performance and their readiness for operation.• Diagnosing faults in mechanical elements and equipment in heavy machinery and following up on maintenance and repair programs and conducting the necessary tests and examinations after repair.• Developing work methods and procedures and keeping pace with technical developments.• Preparing specialized documents and reports on engineering works and projects and their progress rates and presenting and clarifying them and storing them in their database in accordance with approved policies and procedures.
