ITIL/ITSM and DevOps are the two fields that I love to work. So I made my career to work on these fields.I started my work as VoIP Engineer as Manage and Maintenance the International Telephony Service of Shatel - one of the most large ISP company in Iran - and learn many thing about NOC and ITIL/ITSM.As I wanted to continue my road in telecommunication industry, I accepted a project from RighTel (first 3G Network telecom in Iran) to implement ITSM tools such as Monitoring System (ZABBIX) and Ticketing System (OTRS) and develop and maintenance them. At this personal Project I learned many things on DevOps field such as Ansible/Puppet, Git, Docker, ... .After many achievements on RighTel Project, I've got another offer from MTN Irancell (second largest telecom enterprise in Iran) to design and implement Monitoring from scratch for their ITS department.So I have implemented ZABBIX for MTN and integrate all services from other vendors to ZABBIX and made the central Monitoring system.I'm also loving teaching others what I know. So honorably I started to instruct LPIC-1, LPIC-2, ZABBIX, Prometheus and Puppet on Anisa (Iran Linux House).I also made consultant to some banking companies and some startups for implementing DevOps and ITIL.And now I'm on "Mobin Net" Monitoring and OSS systems Project and here I implemented again ZABBIX and Grafana.I studied Network Engineering and have a Master's Degree from Amir Kabir University of Technology - Tehran Polytechnic.I'm also have MBA Degree from Management Faculty of Tehran University.I'm Also have skill on: MySQL/MariaDB, Galera, PHP, Laravel, CSS, HTML, Docker, Kubernetes, VMWare ESXi.
