This organization as the main employer of Shiraz Metro Lines has been establishing new materials to enhance the lifetime and durability of underground structures as well as reduction in construction costs.

As a technical manager, I had to balance the production of ready-mix concrete factories and refer each customers' order to the nearest suitable factory to reduce transportation costs, traffic, air pollution and concrete quality deterioration. On the R&D committee, I was mainly responsible for research on advanced ready-mix concrete types like Fiber Reinforced Concrete (FRC), Self-Consolidating Concrete (SCC) and High-quality impermeable concrete.
