▪ Contribute to the HR Policy, HR Forms. ▪ Contribute to the development of the organizational structure ▪ Contribute to Job analysis and Job Description MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Personnel ▪ Assists and supports all employees regarding personnel issues. Answers employee questions regarding personnel policies, procedures and benefits.▪ Coordinates and assists with employee reviews and performance appraisals. ▪ Coordinates and participates in completion of terminations and exit interviews. ▪ Establishes and maintains personnel records and reports in complete confidentiality ▪ Update job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.▪ Supervise completing time sheet showing employees arrival and departure times. ▪ Keeping records of all employees documents concerning: Social insurance, military status, labor office. ▪ Updating & following up employees files in periodical basis concerning vacations balance, salaries deductions, training certificates. Payroll ▪ Calculating wages, deductions and entering all related data into the computer. ▪ Preparation’ time sheet, transactions and payroll. ▪ Handle with requests for advances and repaid ▪ Correct mistakes salaries and Handle with positive or negative values Recruitment & Selection ▪ Receiving recruitment request from the department. ▪ Finding sources for potential calibers and collecting CVs and applications. ▪ Screening CVs. ▪ Interviewing & testing candidates. ▪ Selecting the suitable candidate.
