In my role, I balance both people management and hands-on engineering. I mentor junior engineers by providing clear feedback and engaging in frequent pair-programming sessions. Additionally, I contribute to the product leadership team, helping shape strategy and set priorities for the technology department.Key achievements during my time at Visualping include: 1. Reducing the time required to set up a local development environment from several days to under an hour. 2. Leading the initiative to increase our deployment frequency from once a week to twice daily, transitioning from a mostly manual process to a fully automated one.

Highlight of my contributions and achievements:- Build a performance measurement framework for Amelia, leading that from prototype to business value, using Java flight recorder, perf + flamegraphs and recently flamescope to verify quality and pinpoint bottlenecks. Removal of a few identified bottlenecks which resulted in 12x speed up in startup time of one component and 80x speed up in a critical path in Amelia’s processing- Design a framework for an automated end-to-end testing of Amelia for each pull-request using docker, overcoming the challenges of testing a machine learning based highly dynamic system.- Design and implement a critical service in 1Desk to make workflows using bpmn-js UI to design the flow and implementing building blocks to run the workflow using technologies such as Spring boot, MySQL, Redis, Camunda BPN

I have been working on multiple projects in this company:1. SEQR: A new mobile payment method, already deployed to more than 400 shops in Sweden.
