Inventory Management of Finish GoodsPlanning and shipment issues against the open ordersOversee movement, distribution and materialControl the flow of incoming materials and outgoing Finished products to ensure customers receive products on time.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:- Ensures effective utilization of warehouse areas and observes proper loading,unloading, stocking and safekeeping of items to maintain the quality of finished goods in order to prevent product damage and avoid occurrence of pilferage, accidents and occupational hazards.Effectively monitors flow of goods and implements First-In First-Out (FIFO) method in the use of raw materials and in dispatching of finished goods.Ensures accuracy of product inventories against system records by conducting cycle counts on a periodic basis following appropriate guidelines released by accounting and audit departments.Develops and effectively implements warehouse and inventory monitoring systems and procedures.Maintains complete production plan, inventory control and warehouse records and manuals.Immediately resolves inventory discrepancies in coordination with accounting department. Analyzes inventory variances per cycle count and provides immediate solution to significantly reduce the variance.Inventory control specialists typically work in a warehouse. They collect data using a computerized system, which allows them to track various aspects of inventory. This data is used to calculate products and parts orders, to ensure that the proper amount of inventory is distributed at the right time.

RESPONSIBILITIES:• Budget and organize national and international accommodation and travel arrangements for all company members and visiting guests/artists, produce travel schedules and per diems request sheets.• Responsible for general housekeeping and misc.
