• Manpower planning & budgeting in consultation with business leads.• Manage recruitment and selection process of technical / non-technical OSP staff.• Implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.• Facilitation and execution of employee engagement activities.• Facilitate to develop reward / incentive plan for OSP staff with business. • Identifies training needs for business unit and individual and arrange through L&OD.• Develop & execute retention plan for critical positions.• Handling the compensation and benefits programs.• Coordinate with internal & external Audit for People Services. • Responsible for compliance of audit observation by coordinating all HR segments. • Ensure proper records of hiring, separation, attendance, overtime, leaves & other information are properly maintained with accuracy.• Conduct on site safety audit to ensure the safety parameters are properly adhered.• Ensure legal compliance throughout OSPs.• Life cycle management. • Managing HR intradepartmental audit to monitor the policy and SOP compliance.• Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation.• Develops contract terms for new hires, promotions and transfers, contract extension.
