 Assists in developing Annual Budget for the South Region; Identify Cost Control areas and ensure Budgetary Compliance; Liaison with Region’s banks and handle all banking matters at Regional level, and train Organizational Branch Managers; Ensuring that the branch, adhere to procedures laid down by Internal Audit and that necessary corrective action is taken where the need is highlighted by the Internal Audit Department. Review the Monthly Bank Reconciliation of region and rectify the wrongly prepared reconciliation on timely basis; To ensure that all aspects of the Accounts in region run smoothly that all accounting deadlines are met To ensuring that all management information is prepared and collated on a timely basis. Carry-out effective Liquidity and Fund flow Management within the Region, and prepare periodic liquidity reports and reconcile at Regional Level; Checking the accounts of the Karachi Region’s branches and report to the Regional Manager and as well Head Office; Compiling the Regional Office Expenses for the onward submission to Head Office. Assisting to Prepare of Training modules in respect of Accounts & Finance policies. Participating and recommending policies and procedures for the improvement; and Performing the Regional Accountant task for the South Region (Sindh Region, includes 5 Area Offices, and 28 Branches).
