• Managing BOP (Bank of Punjab) Data Center Primary and DR sites • Establishing BOP disaster recovery site • Design and plan for Virtualized environment from traditional data center hardware • Responsible for Data Center network connectivity and proper operations UCS Deployment & Administration:-• Deploying Cisco Unified Computing Services using Cisco Blade B-200M4 in Cisco 5108 Chassis.• Managing Virtual solutions for internal departments of BOP using ESXi 5.5, 6.0 standalone machines and also vcenter 6.5 on UCS platform.• Installation and configuration of the OS like Microsoft windows server 2008, 2012, RHEL 5.x, 6.x, 7.x as per departmental requirement on different platforms like Huawei RH2288, DELL Power Edge R710, 720, HP Proliant DL580 G9, IBM X3850, 3950 etc.Storage Administration:-• Provisioned and configured different volumes on EMC VNX 5300 using ISCI protocol on Primary and DR Datacenter and use them in different type of projects on the requirement of the different departments, such as application use for extra storage, Storage using ESXi servers and configuring the Database or for ASM purposes.• Managing and deploying EMC Unity 300 on Primary and DR Datacenters using FC protocol using Brocade SAN Switches for UCS solution.

•Provisioned and configured different volumes on HP EVA 6100, HP EVA 8100, EMC VNXe3200, IBM NAS 5600and Huawei S2600T to mount them on different OS for different projects such as application use for extra storage, for configuring the Database or for ASM purposes.•Provisioned and configured different volumes on EMC VNX 5300 SAN for clients like Bank on Punjab (BOP) and provide remote support for storage issues. •Manage, design and configure automatic (Level 0 Full / Level 1 Incremental) Application, Folder/Directory and Database scheduled backups using Symantec NetBackup 7.0, and Provide recovery as needed. •Manage online Virtual machines backup using Veam Backup Application Server, and provide recovery as needed.•Designed, installed and configured a backup solution using Acronis True Image Enterprise.•Manage Virtual solutions (VM-Ware ESXi and Hyper V) for internal clients (Wateen Departments) and which Wateen provide the hosting solution (External Clients).•Designed and created two separate domains, one for production and one for testing/staging, with redundant domain controllers based on Windows 2003 Enterprise Edition for application servers management.•Installed and integrated several OSS/BSS modules like CRM, Billing, Service Provisioning, Mediation and Rating etc on Windows 2003 based servers. •Implemented ManageEngine products as monitoring system for 24/7 monitoring of servers for two different projects i.e. OSS\BSS and Hosted Data Center.•Provide L3 support and coordinate L2 support for the resolution of Datacenter Problems (Server side). •Managed and configured IBM HS chassis, HS Blade Servers, IBM X3950,DEL and HP Servers.•Participated in planning, designing and deployment of all clients of Wateen’s Hosted Data Center.•Participating the Data Center migration Project to centralize different servers in single Data Center.•Partially managing the Oracle and MS SQL servers.

• Installed And Configured Communication Devices like UMUX (key mile multiplexer), Pandatel Modems and STM Converters Pandatel multiplexers etc, in Ufone, Mobilink etc.• Worked (Installing and configuration of UMUX) on BTS of Ufone in coordination with Huawei team on Ufone project.• Installed and configured Pandatel modems and STP converters in PTCL and SNGPL.• Installed and configured Pandatel converter in Engineering Rechna University Gujranwala for minimizing the Cyclic Redundancy Check of router.• Working with Corvit in the project of installation and configuration of routers in Descon.

• Deployed Citrix Server in Hi noon and Prime Bank.• Extended the Active Directory Infrastructure of HBL to all branch offices in Lahore, and replicate them with others. • Install Configure and updating the IOS of different router and switches to different Vendor sites like Unilever, ABN-Amro, Ykk holdings etc.• Manage communication with different vendors, clients and any other involved departments.• Perform the Layer1 Activities like laying down the network cable, punching the RJ45 to the cable etc for different clients like Mobilink, Unilever etc.

• Migrated the HelpDesk ticketing and operations from old paper/files based system to an online open source system.• Participated in the deployment of Windows 2003 based infrastructure including the Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, WSUS etc to serve 200+ users and 300+ computers.• Participated and supervised all major deployments and installations in the organization’s datacenter.
