I work with cutting-edge technologies and tools to monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize the network operations across multiple platforms and regions.I have a strong background in Cisco technologies, having worked as a Customer Project Specialist and a Technical Consulting Engineer at Cisco for nearly two years. I have multiple Cisco certifications, including CCNP, CCNA, and DEVASC, as well as ITIL 4. I have experience in designing, implementing, and managing LAN switching, FHRP, VSS, and Catalyst switches for various global clients. I have also contributed to data analysis, predictive problem management, and proactive health checks for Cisco's customers. I am passionate about cyber security and ethical hacking, and I am always eager to learn new skills and technologies in this domain. I have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Amity Education Group, where I acquired a solid foundation in programming, data structures, algorithms, and networking.
